((Going on hiatus until Monday. Sorry I’ve been away so long guys - it’s finals week and I’ve been busy.
Hope to see you all again soon!))
I got your reply~ Would you like to have it already?
If you would send it over, I’d be much obliged! I don’t really have anything else to reply to right now anyway. :)
She kept fiddling with the odd object before a blindly light opened up. Her eyes wide slightly as she almost dropped the key, but, caught it as it almost hit the ground. Her heart was pounding, was she not suppose to touch it? Or..maybe she angered it? She didn’t know, but she didn’t really want to find out.
She backed away, giving the figure that started to emerge out of the light, an odd look. Her hazel hues now focused on the male, he was certainly different then half of the men she had seen laze around her town.
She held the key to her chest, although terrified, she still held her ground. Waiting, just waiting for what the other had to say.
He appeared, eyes darting around the area and head turning the instant the light started to fade, eager to find the person who’d called him there. Loke didn’t have to search long, spying the golden hair and wide eyes he’d grown to care so much for in the past.
"Lucy! You’re alright." It wasn’t a moment later he was at her side, prattling about how much he’d missed her and how worried he had been. His eyes seemed to light up and he was going a mile a minute, desperately, endlessly happy to see his Princess once more. He was too consumed in his joy to really notice how confused his summoner looked, or how strangely worried.
"Alright. Be sure to tell me if you get too tired though." The lion spirit watches the girl walking up the steps carefully for a while, before deciding she’s doing well enough, and focusing on the walk up and what he’d do once they got to his apartment. He’d need to find somewhere for her to sleep for one…
In reality, Anji knew nothing about what Loke was, or that he even had a summoner. Anji was no mage, and he did not spend much time researching them at all. As far as he was concerned, he didn’t bother them if they did not bother him.
"Most people spend their entire lives trying to find the path. However, many also spend their time convincing themselves that the path they are on is the right one, even if they know it is not. Humans are remarkably good at making their morals and ideas fit whatever situation they are in."
As the man introduced himself, Anji could only wonder what the other person meant by observant. But he would not ask. After all, he was a monk and his words often appealed to many different people depending on how they interpreted them.
"I am Anji, a simple monk. It is good to meet you Loke." Of course, simple probably was not the best description. Anji was almost eight feet in height, and seemingly made of muscle; he was not someone that seemed simple. But that was how he saw himself, so that was how he described himself to others.
He smiled at Anji’s greeting. A simple monk indeed.
"Well, for a simple monk you seem to have good advice, regardless. It’s not often you find someone kind enough to exchange words and wisdom on the road." Loke stored away the monk’s previous bits of wisdom for further thought later. They would no doubt be helpful, in some form or another, later, but for now getting home or at least somewhere recognizable was of greater concern.
"Now, you said you could take me to the border?" He looked up at the enormous man, and was suddenly struck by how un-mink-like he was. Though the lion spirit supposed he was noone to judge. ‘Not as if I look all that lion-like myself’.
"Things are never quite as scary when you’ve got a best friend."
— Bill Watterson
Lulu. The guy has gone wild. Way before they’ve met. She knows with one look on the kid, which eventually turned into a teen right now; is a master of mischief. Lucy scoffed at his face, saying no more to trigger further stupidity. Mind focused more unto the way to get themselves to school.
Right hand tugged on the uniform of the other, following every step he takes to never get lost in the crowd. There might be times he’s too much to handle but never had the blonde teenage girl had been so mad at him at all. Despite his antics, his weird character; Lucy no doubt picked him as her very best friend. It might not be expressed through words but she trusts and depends on this sneaky bastard with her life.
"I already told you never to call me with that nickname, Loke!"Oh well. Debating is one of her favourite thing, it seems.
Thankfully, they both got in to the train right before it closes down and ready to leave. Still tagging along with the ginger haired man, the female just doesn’t want to get separated and be later than they already are. "Ah, look! There’s a vacant one!"She exclaimed, peeking under the guy’s arms and pointing to the seats available. "Hurry up, hurry! Someone might take it before us!"The maiden instructed, pushing her companion a little more against the standing crowd of businessmen and other unknown creatures. Trying not to be mean yet trying to work fast, shoving there and a little more here. Uwaa~ Some air.
As soon as they got their seats, the train rumbled and off it goes.
He scurried into the seat beside her, willingly placing himself between her and the other passengers. Better he get crushed than hear her complaining that she’d been for the rest of the day.
"Ne, you worry so much Lulu. We’ve gotten on trains later than this and still made it, so relax. Working yourself up like this isn’t healthy." He leaned back on his seat, wanting to relax himself some until they made it to their station. Though Lucy could be a good friend sometimes, she was too high strung for his tastes. She really needed to see the brighter side of things, rather than getting hung up on little problems.
"Look on the bright side! If we are late, we won’t have to hear the principal give the same speech he’s given the last five years now. You’d think he’d come up with some new material by now, eh? Old Makarov really needs to get with the times some."
((I actually haven’t seen an Ameratsu blog before, that’s pretty cool! I wouldn’t mind RPing at all, but I’m a little busy with my current threads on this account and others, and with college exams IRL. We can plot out a thread until things are a little less hectic if you like? :) ))
((I wouldn’t mind trying! It might have to wait a bit until I can get replies done for some of the threads I currently have and my RL exams are done, but I’d love to! We could plot until then if you like. : ) ))
(9Going to quickly post my drafts before running off to finish a project for college. See you soon lovlies!))
